Key Support Solutions provides transaction coordination, listing coordination, and administrative support services for real estate professionals. We act as an independent contractor and not as an employee of our clients.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through our site any material that is infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane.
4. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Key Support Solutions, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: We send text messages to provide service updates, appointment reminders, and respond to your inquiries regarding our transaction coordination services.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and active transactions.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Intellectual Property
The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Key Support Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Key Support Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
